I attended the 19th International Conference on Photochemical Conversion and Storage of Solar Energy (IPS-19) at Caltech, Pasadena, California.

We presented two posters, the first on “Preparation, structure and properties of zinc oxide/cadmium sulfide photoanodes”, and the second on “Electrodeposited zinc oxide nanorods coated with atomic-layer-deposited hematite film”.

Most plots were made using ggplot2, and physical peak fitting was done using the R package diffractometry by Davies et al.

This work was later published as (Li, Ahmed, Ma, Edvinsson, & Zhu, 2013).
